MG984 have a new patented desing of PIR. The PIR’s detection range can reach to 100 ft / 30 meters (in good environments). The pir detection angle smaller than the field of fiew (FOV) to reduce empty picture rate.

For nighttime use camera has invisible InfraBlack flash for illuminating the field. Range of flash is max 15 meters. Pictures taken with flash are black and white.

Camera is equipped with 3.0” colour-display where settings can be easily changed.

Scout Guard MG984-36M 4G cellular camera is also 2-way remote controllable by SMS. Almost every setting can be adjusted remotely via SMS commands.
