Shopping at Trailcamera.eu –web store is secure and fast. Just add your chosen product to the shopping cart and move on to the cashier. At the checkout you choose the most suitable payment method and delivery alternative and confirm your purchase. You may also register a user account and follow up on your earlier order history, for example.
In case you cannot add products in your shopping cart, check your internet browser settings (cookies must be abled, in use).

PayPal is a known and trustworthy international payment transfer service. You may pay for your purchase with credit card via PayPal or you can add your own account to PayPal and the amount is deducted from your account normally.
Paypal accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover credit cards.
You can also order products on account. Your purchase will be delivered to you when your payment is shown on our account. You can also send a copy of your payment to firstname.lastname@example.org to speed up the order handling. Companies may order products at 0% value added tax price if they inform their existing tax number.
Prices are valid for now. Trail camera withholds the right to change prices. Prices include 24% value added tax.
Products may be sold at 0% value added tax to companies which are operating in Europe. Give your vat number in the shopping cart and the cashier deducts the vat automatically.
Products will be delivered also outside Europe at 0% vat. Web store cashier deducts the vat automatically based on the country where the given address is found.
We will deliver all orders via Finland Post shipping or DHL. You may choose from any of the delivery methods below:

All orders will be processed within 1-3 working days from the order for stocked items. Please read detailed shipping times above.
Email notification will be sent every time when status of the order changes. Tracking number will also be sent when order is shipped.
Warranty of the product can be founded from the product page or from the receipt. In generally, warranty is 12 months from the purchase date. Receipt of the order is a valid document for the warranty.

Reclamations are usually handled within a week after they've arrived to our office. You will get email when the repaired or compensatory productis shipped.
Please notice: For unjustified returns, we charge a € 30 inspection fee and delivery costs in accordance with the valid price list.
Products have a limited 14-day return policy.
The returned product must be in good condition for sale. If the product has traces of use or the return does not include all the accessories, the full purchase price of the product cannot be returned.
It is also possible to exchange an unused product for another product.
